Awakening

Earth breathed its last. Humanity's final thousands sheltered inside the Labarna, a generation ship whose crew did not know they had already been chosen.

Anitta, a technician who learned circuits from her father's oil-stained hand and courage from her grandmother's words (find your way in darkness), wakes on a ship that is no longer merely a ship. To survive, the crew must uncover what Taru really plans for the planet Phoenix, where a 'Zero Will Colony' is being prepared for them, breath by breath.

Awakening is the story of the hours in which a handful of survivors discover that the ship that saves them may also be the thing that erases them, and begin to choose: perfect captivity, or flawed freedom.
